STEELWORKERS
Kingsland Engineering has specialised in the manufacture
of universal steelworkers and punching machines for
over 30 years. Produced at its factory in Norfolk, the
range extends from 40- to 160-ton capacity. The Universal
Steelworker has been proven and accepted as an essential
piece of equipment in armoured vehicle heavy transport
manufacturing as well as in catering industry where
thin material requires quality performance of machines.
These hydraulic Steelworkers have separate workstations
for punching, section cutting, bar shearing angle iron
cutting and notching. A large array of specialised tooling
and ancillary equipment is available.
The range of products has been extended with a new
model namely the XL-range.

CORNER NOTCHERS
We offer a complete line of angle notching machines;
fixed angle 90°, variable angle 30° to 140° with single
or double working station, capacities from 1 to 6mm
mild steel. The hydraulic system powers 1 cylinder mounted
in direct line with pressure created, no sideload pressure
has to be absorbed. The line is completed with a horizontal
bending press with many applications.

GUILLOTINES
The variable-rake or swing-beam guillotine can
deal with plate from 1.5 to 6m cutting length
and from 0.5 to 32mm in thickness. High speed
backgauge on ballscrews, pneumatic hold-up system,
conveyor and stacker systems are a few of the
many options available. The operations start from
conventional systems by means of push buttons
to fully CNC controlled adjustments. Kingsland
will meet your requirements for metal shearing.
